2005 Ilsley Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep, dark, ruby red color with a hint of purple. The bouquet is very intriguing, complex and perfumed. This wine is a wonderful mixture of bright black fruits, spice and flowers, slight cedar, milk chocolate, roses, integrated toasty oak, and honeysuckle. It’s mouth filling with an outstanding middle palate and dense yet smooth tannins. This cabernet has a superb balance and very long finish. The flavors go on and on.

2005 Ilsley Vineyards Seis Primas
The 2005 Seis Primas has a very dark, almost opaque, ruby red appearance that is saturated through the rim. There is a black currant and black cherry aroma, along with tobacco, toasty oak, rose water, and licorice/anise. This wine has a very nice concentration, no rough edges, round and full with blackberry and cherry flavors. It's wonderfully smooth with a long finish and lingering sense of velvet throughout the palate.
