2006 Ilsley Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is very complex with aroma of rose petals, black cherry, cranberry, red licorice and dried herbs. Barrel spice of white pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel fill the nostrils with happiness. The pallet explodes with bright red fruit, pepper and brown sugar with lively acidity. Sumptuous is the only word to describe this wonderful wine.

2006 Ilsley Vineyards Seis Primas
The 2006 Seis Primas had a long hang time which produced a wine of intrigue, tremendous complexity, and deep color. Aromas of black fruit, dusty rose petals and spice leap from the glass followed with red licorice, cherries, brown sugar and nutmeg. The pallet is excited with beautiful vibrancy, bright cherries and red fruit compliment the rich texture and long silky finish.
