When preparing a cheese platter for our wine tasting guests, we have found that the following cheeses and thinly sliced meats pair nicely with the Ilsley Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Seis Primas.

  • Piave
  • Sharp aged cheddar
  • Mimolette
  • Parmesan
  • Blue cheese: Point reyes, Maytag
  • Tripple cream brie

Thinly Sliced Meats

  • Coppa
  • Roast beef
  • Peppered salami

Breads

  • French bread, sliced
  • Flat bread
  • Artesian crackers

Fresh seasonal fruit can also be added

  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Grapes
